PROTOCOL OF CERTIFIED TESTS OF A PRODUCT (TR CU (EEU), GOST P))
What kind of document is it?
The protocol of certified tests is a document in which results of the carried-out tests of a product are specified according to requirements of Technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU) (The Eurasian Economic Union (TR EEU)) / state standard specifications of the Russian Federation (GOST P).
What organizations give it out?
The protocols are given by testing laboratories (centers) accredited to carry out the corresponding tests.
In what cases do you need it?
The protocols need to be prepared on a certified or declared product. These documents form the basis for making of the certificates of conformity and the declarations of compliance.
Please note that according to paragraph 7 of Article 24 of the Federal law "On Technical Regulation" No. 184-FZ of December 27, 2002, within 10 years from the moment of the termination of period of validity of the declaration of compliance the applicant has to store evidentiary materials himself, these include test reports.
