What kind of document is it?
The test report is a document in which results of the tests of food products, which are carried out as a part of production control, are specified. It allows you to be convinced of the quality of purchased raw materials and/or to confirm indicators of a finished food product.
What organizations give it out?
The accredited and voluntary testing laboratories and the centers of quality control.
In what cases do you need it?
Any manufacturer of food products faces the need to carry out production control at different production phases.
The test report needs to be prepared if:
- it is necessary to be convinced of the quality of purchased raw materials (to exclude unfair suppliers)
- it is necessary to confirm indicators of a finished product (to guarantee only the release of high-quality products).
