EXTRACT OF ROSKOMNADZOR FROM THE REGISTER OF REE AND HFD ALLOWED FOR IMPORT INTO THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
What kind of document is it?
The extract of Roskomnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications) from the register of radio-electronic equipment (REE) and high-frequency devices (HFD) allowed for import into the territory of the Russian Federation is a document confirming that the data on REE or HFD has been submitted to the register, and being the basis for obtaining the license of Minpromtorg for import of REE or HFD (if such license is necessary).
What organizations give it out?
The register of REE and HFD allowed for import into the territory of the Russian Federation is kept by Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications. The extracts from this register are given by the same Federal service (Roskomnadzor).
In what cases do you need it?
The extract of Roskomnadzor from the register of REE and HFD allowed for import into the territory of the Russian Federation can be issued in case the conclusion of RFC had been already issued on REE or HFD earlier. The conclusion about the need of further preparation of the license of Minpromtorg is specified in an extract of Roskomnadzor from the register, and if it is necessary, it is the extract of Roskomnadzor from the register of REE and HFD that forms the basis for obtaining the license of Minpromtorg for import of REE or HFD.
