CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY OF COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT
What kind of document is it?
The certificate of conformity of communication equipment is a document confirming compliance of communication equipment with requirements of the regulations approved by the orders of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.
What organizations give it out?
The certificates of conformity of communication equipment are issued by the certification bodies accredited in the system of certification in the field of communication, then the certificates of conformity are registered by the Federal Communications Agency (Rossvyaz).
In what cases do you need it?
The certificate of conformity of communication equipment needs to be prepared on the communication equipment used in a public communication network and specified in the list of communication equipment, which is subject to the obligatory certification. This list is approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2009 No. 532.
